Razor Energy Corp (TSX-V: RZE) et al., CCAA

Razor Energy Corp (TSX-V: RZE) et al., a Calgary, Alberta-based junior oil and gas company, had its NOI proceedings continued under the CCAA on February 28.

The company initially filed an NOI on January 30 due to an ongoing dispute with Conifer Energy Inc., the co-owner of the Judy Creek Gas Plant, a gas plant which is critical to Razor Energy’s operations.

The purpose of the CCAA proceedings is to conduct an expedited SISP for Razor Energy’s petroleum and natural gas assets.
