LXRandCo, Inc. (TSX: LXR), a digital-first omni-channel retailer of authenticated pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories, and its Canadian operating subsidiaries, LXR Luxury Products International Inc., Groupe Global LXR Inc., and LXR Canada Inc., filed NOIs on October 6 in order to consider and effect a sale of all or substantially all of their assets. Each of the companies’ directors have resigned. KPMG is the proposal proposal trustee.
