Justice Glenn Hainey Memorial Award - Call for Nominations

The Commercial List Users’ Committee (“CLUC”) is seeking nominations for the annual Justice Glenn Hainey Memorial Award.

The CLUC created the Award in order to pay tribute to a distinguished judge and former Team Lead of the Commercial List (Toronto), and his commitment to the development and encouragement of young lawyers who appeared before the Commercial List. The Award will be granted to an eligible person who has demonstrated, and continues to demonstrate, the qualities of enthusiasm, professionalism, civility and advocacy on the Commercial List.
