Canadian Isotope Innovations Corp., Bankruptcy

Canadian Isotope Innovations Corp., a Saskatoon, Saskatchewan-based producer and supplier of medical isotopes, made an assignment into bankruptcy on March 26, listing approximately $4.6 million in liabilities.

The company previously ceased operations on March 11. The loss of funding, combined with the company’s inability to amend a licensing agreement, were the causes of its financial difficulty.

MNP is the bankruptcy trustee.
