Westcastle GMC - Notice of Claims Procedure Order

NOTICE is hereby given that on May 22, 2026, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta granted a Claims Procedure Order in the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings of 2412170 Alberta Ltd. and 2416326 Alberta Ltd. (collectively, “Westcastle GMC”). Westcastle GMC previously and together operated as Westcastle Chevrolet Buick GMC located in Pincher Creek, Alberta.

The Claims Procedure Order provides that any person wishing to assert a claim against Westcastle GMC must complete and deliver a proof of claim to BDO Canada Limited, in its capacity as the Court-appointed Monitor of Westcastle GMC (in such capacities, the “Monitor”), on or before 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) on June 22, 2026 (the “Claims Bar Date”), failing which such claim shall be forever barred and extinguished.
