Welland Forge Corp.’s biggest customers have historically been in the automotive industry. Its customers are particularly vulnerable to the volatile nature of the oil and gas industry, and the pandemic has exacerbated that volatility. Earlier in the year, the company suffered the loss of its major customer, which accounted for approximately 65% of the company's sales, to an overseas supplier.
