Colliers Hotels and Colliers Insolvency Group have been retained by Deloitte Restructuring Inc. in its capacity as Court Appointed Receiver and Manager of certain assets of INTERNATIONAL TRADE CENTER PROPERTIES LTD., HOTEL VERSANTE LTD., and RCC HOLDINGS LTD. to act as advisor and exclusive agent in connection with the sale of the 100-key Versante Hotel located at 8499 Bridgeport Road Richmond, British Columbia.
