Crowe Soberman Inc., in its capacity as Proposal Trustee of Trillium Sales Group Inc. (“Trillium”) in proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, is conducting a sales process for Trillium’s business and assets. Trillium specializes in the customization of promotional products, including logo application, labeling, embroidery, and printing, and operates as a buy-and-sell distributor of apparel, accessories, and various merchandise. Trillium has served clients for over 20 years, including a large mining company, government organizations, and private unions. Trillium’s assets include accounts receivable, equipment, inventory, and raw materials. All bids must be submitted to the Proposal Trustee no later than 5:00 PM (EST) on March 20, 2026.
