Trademarks and Brand Names for Sale – Ruscan Chem Inc. and Associated Entities (In Receivership)

GlassRatner Restructuring Inc., in its capacity as the Court-appointed Receiver of Ruscan Chem Inc. and certain associated entities is soliciting offers for a portfolio of registered trademarks and brand names owned by the companies, including ARUKI, ORRYFIT, HAVEN & PIKE, SPROOS, HEAL + CO., OZO and SNS, with registrations in Canada, the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. 

The brands include sports nutrition, dietary supplements, and health and wellness products, and were historically sold through online marketplaces. The sale is of trademarks and brand names only and does not include inventory, equipment or other assets, and is on an “as is, where is” basis. Any sale is subject to Court approval.
