Grant Thornton Limited, in its capacity as court-appointed Monitor in the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”) proceedings of:

THENTIA GLOBAL SYSTEMS INC., THENTIA CANADA INC., THENTIA USA INC., THENTIA UK LIMITED, THENTIA PAYMENTS CANADA INC., THENTIA CONSULTING SERVICES CANADA INC., THENTIA QUEBEC INC., THENTIA PAYMENTS USA INC., and THENTIA CONSULTING SERVICES USA INC. and THENTIA EUROPE LIMITED (THE “THENTIA”)

is assisting Thentia with a sale and investment solicitation process (“SISP”) for the purpose of soliciting interest in purchasing all or substantially all Thentia’s assets or business. Thentia is an end-to-end licensing and permitting software-as-a-service platform that enables regulators to streamline and modernize their operations.
