Sweet Berry Farms Ltd. - SISP

Grant Thornton Limited, in its capacity as Monitor in the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") proceedings of Sweet Berry Farms Ltd. ("Sweet Berry") is administering a sales and investment solicitation process ("SISP") for Sweet Berry's operations in Newfoundland and Labrador, mainly consisting of farrow-to-finish hog farming. Sweet's Berry's assets include (i) real property of approximately 80 acres, with 70 acres available for either pasturing livestock or planting, (ii) approximately 315 hogs, (iii) fully automated hog barn, turkey barn, (iv) a cattle barn, chicken coop and manure lagoons and (v) two greenhouses. The Monitor, with assistance from Sweet Berry, have prepared a confidential information memorandum and virtual data room, accessible to interested parties upon execution of a non-disclosure agreement ("NDA"). Final bids pursuant to the SISP are due by no later than April 29, 2026.
