Ernst & Young Inc., in its capacity as Trustee in Bankruptcy of Sonder Canada Inc. and Hospitalité Sonder Canada Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors”), is soliciting binding offers for the acquisition of the Debtors’ rights and interest in certain intellectual property assets, including the sonder.com domain name.
