COMMENCEMENT OF SALE AND INVESTMENT SOLICITATION PROCESS (SISP)

Ernst & Young Inc., in its capacity as Court appointed Monitor (with enhanced powers) (the “Monitor”) of Sirona Pharma Inc., SuneRa Acreage Holdings Inc., Acreage Development Corp., and Sirona Farms Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors”), hereby provides notice that the Court approved sale and investment solicitation process (the “SISP”) has been commenced as of May 25, 2026.

Further details, including the timeline of key SISP milestones, will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable and will be made available on the Monitor’s website at www.ey.com/ca/sirona.
