Shell Mountainside Lodge - SISP
BDO Canada Limited in its capacity as Administrator of SVC-Mountainside ULC (“ULC”) and Shell Owners Association – Pacific (“SOAP” and together with ULC, the “Petitioners”), is conducting a sale and investment solicitation process (“SISP”) to solicit interest in, and opportunities for, a sale or investment in the Shell Mountainside Lodge, which consists of 56 of 93 strata lots located at 4417 Sundial Place, Whistler, British Columbia. The Mountainside Lodge is comprised of 42 guest rooms and shared common areas, including an administrative office, a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness facility, and underground parking for guests.
