Serendipity Media Ltd. et al., Receivership

Serendipity Media Ltd. et al., a group of Alberta-based media companies, were placed in receivership on April 11 on application by RBC, owed approximately $5 million.

The companies have defaulted on their loan from RBC, including by making payment when due.

Grant Thornton is the receiver.
