PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS

Notice is hereby given that bids are requested by the trustee and SAVIK SUPER-CHROME INC. for the purchase of the assets described below. Bids must be submitted before 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026 by email only to the following address: [email protected] and the subject line of the email must include the words BID SAVIK SUPER-CHROME INC. The bid submission form, which can be obtained from representatives of the trustee of the asset management firm, Service d’Inventaire Gingras (SIG), must be duly completed and attached to the bidders’ email.

Bids will be opened at the time and date indicated above. Bidders may not attend the opening of bids. The results will be communicated to them by email as soon as possible.

• LOT 1

  Specialized equipment for the production of chrome-plated steel rods and tubes for the operation of a hydraulic and pneumatic plant, such as: 1 heat treatment line, 2 bar grinding lines, 1 automated plating line, 2 “Chiller” cooling systems, 1 compressed air system, 1 water heating system, lots of laboratory equipment, tools, and factory furniture, etc. (subject to liens)

• LOT 2

  Bar polishing line (subject to liens)

• LOT 3

  Rolling stock such as: electric pallet trucks, electric forklifts, lifting platforms, etc. (subject to liens)

• LOT 4

  Commercial building located at 2845-2875 Rue de l'Industrie in Trois-Rivières (lots 1,207,675, 1,207,676, and 1,207,677 of the Quebec cadastre). The building is currently equipped for the operation of a company specializing in the production of steel rods and tubes. The one-story building, built in the early 1970s and expanded over the years, has an approximate area of 58,300 sq. ft. The land measures approximately 117,240 sq. ft. (subject to liens)

Bidders must make a transfer representing at least 15% of the bid amount for lots 1 to 3 and 5% of the bid amount for lot 4. Bank details will be provided upon request and will be included in the bid submission form and terms and conditions. Proof of the bank transfer must be attached to the bid submitted by email to the address above.

Inspection of Assets

The property will be open for viewing at 2875 Rue de l’Industrie in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
