RTK WP Canada, a Los Angeles, California-based producer of industrial wood pellets with a facility in Limer, Ontario, applied for and was placed in receivership on December 21. The company owes $25.2MMM to its creditors, including $19.5MM to GSO Capital Partners. Grant Thornton was appointed receiver. Norton Rose Fulbright is counsel to the applicant.
