Rose of Sharon (Ontario) Retirement Community - Claims Process

Any person wishing to assert a claim against Rose of Sharon (Ontario) Retirement Community (“Rose of Sharon”) or Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (the “Receiver’) in its capacity as receiver of the assets, property and undertaking of Rose of Sharon must contact the undersigned in writing within thirty (30) days providing details of the claim they wish to assert. The Receiver will be attending before the Court to obtain its discharge and authority to distribute the remaining funds in its hands to the secured creditor of Rose of Sharon.
