Rocky Mountain Plaza Sale And Investment Solicitation Process
On August 21, 2024, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Rocky Mountain Alberta Partners Ltd. pursuant to an order issued by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta.
On July 9, 2026, the Court approved a sales, investment and solicitation process (“SISP”) which, among other things, approved a SISP in respect of the assets, undertakings and property of the Company and authorized the Receiver to implement the SISP in accordance with SISP Procedures. A copy of the SISP Approval Order & SISP Procedures is available on the Receiver’s website at https://cfcanada.fticonsulting.com/RMAP/.
Avison Young has been retained by the Receiver to market and solicit offers for the property. Rocky Mountain Plaza is a 15-storey office building comprising approximately 205,254 square feet of total leasable space located at 615 Macleod Trail SE in downtown Calgary, Alberta. The property offers direct LRT access, Plus-15 connectivity, covered parking, and significant mixed-use or residential conversion potential.
