Rob Nicholls to return to Davies as an Associate in the Corporate group

Rob Nicholls will be returning to the Toronto office of Davies as an Associate in the Corporate group, with a focus on financial restructuring and insolvency, banking and debt finance. Rob was with Davies from 2019 - 2022. Since then, he has been practising with Vinson & Elkins in New York.
