Re/Max Right Choice

Re/Max Right Choice, a North York, Ontario-based real estate brokerage, was placed in receivership on January 8 on application by Lloyds Underwriters and Alternative Risk Services. The company ceased to carry on business in October 2017, and in November, the Real Estate Council of Ontario suspended the company's registration after funds were transferred without reason from the company's trust accounts to its general account. Farber was appointed receiver. Klein & Schonblum Associates is counsel to the applicant.
