GlassRatner Restructuring Inc., in its capacity as court-appointed receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of Pyxis Customer Solutions XII Ltd. (the “Company”), is conducting an invitation for offers process for the sale of the Company’s assets, consisting of portfolios of aged consumer loans.
