Ponzi scheme clawbacks: BC Supreme Court approves summary process

Jordan Deering, Regan Christensen and Thaarane Sethunathan of DLA Piper report that the British Columbia Supreme Court recently approved a novel summary process allowing a bankruptcy trustee to claw back Ponzi scheme profits from over 1,700 “net winners”.
