S.R. Stack & Company (2023) Ltd., solely in its capacity as Proposal Trustee in the Notice of Intention to Make A Proposal of Pitter Patter Daycare Inc. ("Pitter Patter") is conducting a SISP for the shares or assets of Pitter Patter.

Pitter Patter currently operates four childcare locations in Newfoundland and Labrador, two of these locations are owned by Pitter Patter.
