ONEnergy Inc., an Ontario-based energy company, filed an NOI on May 30 after careful consideration of the company’s cash position and all available alternatives, and through consultation with its legal and financial advisors. The proposal contemplates a debt-for-equity swap for unsecured creditors of the company. B. Riley Farber is the Proposal Trustee. Miller Thomson is counsel for the company.
