NOTICE OF SALE AND INVESTMENT SOLICITATION PROCESS - LAKEPOINT VILLAGE LAND LEASE COMMUNITY, TOWNSHIP OF RAMARA, ONTARIO

GlassRatner Restructuring Inc., in its capacity as Court-appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of Sussman Mortgage Funding Inc., 1981361 Ontario Inc. and 2486976 Ontario Inc., is soliciting offers to purchase or invest in Lakepoint Village, a retirement lifestyle manufactured home community operated on a land lease basis in the Township of Ramara, Ontario. The sale and investment solicitation process (the “SISP”) was approved by Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated October 26, 2026. Interested parties must execute a non-disclosure agreement to obtain access to the confidential data room.

The Bid Deadline is 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on December 15, 2026. Any transaction is subject to Court approval.
