The company operates throughout the province of Ontario, with 3 current long-term multi-year projects with Aecon, Ellis-Don and West Quarter to provide traffic control services.

The company cites reduced sales for 2021-2022 due to working condition constraints from the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the alleged diversion of approximately $2 million in sales and other assets by the company’s former VP operations and his operations manager, as its primary financial challenges.
