N Knotel Canada Holdings Inc., a Toronto, Ontario-based provider of flexible office space in downtown Toronto, filed an assignment in bankruptcy on October 12, listing $2.4 million in liabilities, including $1.7 million to Crestpoint Real Estate Inc.. Grant Thornton is the bankruptcy trustee. Counsel is Stikeman Elliott for the company.
