MNP Extends Sale Process for Bennette Chase Gas Station Property in Calgary

MNP Ltd. is extending the sale process for a Calgary gas station property. MNP serves as Court-appointed Receiver of Bennette Chase Inc.

The property sits at 3101 - 34 Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta. It is a full-service gas station on a 15,285 square foot corner lot. The building covers 2,638 square feet. It houses a four-pump gas bar, a convenience store and a two-bay car wash.

The extended process began on September 19, 2026. Bids are due by 5:00 p.m. Calgary time on October 19, 2026.
