Massive Hash Factory Ltd., CannMart Inc., and ANC Inc. - SISP

MNP Ltd., in its capacity as monitor (the “Monitor”) of the business and financial affairs of Massive Hash Factory Ltd., CannMart Inc., and ANC Inc. (collectively, the “Applicants”) is soliciting offers to pursue a potential investment or acquisition of one or all of the Applicants.  Pursuant to the Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (the “SISP”), interested parties who wish to pursue a potential investment or acquisition are required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) to receive access to the data room. The Applicants are cannabis producers that participate in the domestic and international adult-use and wholesale markets. The Applicants have two Health Canada licenced processing facilities; a manufacturing plant located in Edmonton, Alberta and a distribution facility located in Etobicoke, Ontario.
