Deloitte Restructuring Inc., in its capacity as Receiver and Manager of Maritime Truss Limited ("MTL"), is soliciting interest from parties looking to purchase the assets of MTL.

MTL manufactured building trusses. The company was headquartered in Truro, Nova Scotia. It served residential and commercial customers across Atlantic Canada. MTL ceased operations on July 16, 2026.
