Deloitte Restructuring Inc., in its capacity as Court‑Appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) of M&F Leblanc Oil Ltd. (“M&F”), is inviting expressions of interest from qualified parties in connection with the sale of M&F’s assets (the “Assets”).

Located at 9241 Main Street, Richibucto, New Brunswick, M&F was a fuel distributor serving residential and commercial customers in the surrounding area.
