NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PURCHASE OFFERS OR SALE PROPOSALS

IN THE MATTER OF THE RECEIVERSHIP OF
FLIGHT SPEED LOGISTICS INC.        

EY, in its capacity as Receiver over certain assets and equipment of Light Speed Logistics Inc. (“Light Speed”) is currently seeking offers to purchase or sale proposals to liquidate a subset of the Light Speed assets. The lots consist of various utility reefer trailers. The deadline for submissions is currently set for January 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM (MDT).
