Deloitte Restructuring Inc. in its capacity as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of David Levine and Sir Humphrey Limited (collectively, the “Levine Group”) is commencing a tender process for the purpose of soliciting proposals to purchase the assets (the “Assets”) of the Levine Group.

The Levine Group Assets consists of over 35,000 ft² of cumulative rentable area both multi-unit residential and commercial buildings located in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The Assets are immersed in the heart of St. John’s downtown core, offering a tangible connection to the city’s most vibrant attractions. Located on the bustling Water Street and Duckworth Street, within walking distance of the city’s best shops and restaurants, and just below the famous George Street.
