Kindred Living - SISP

Grant Thornton Limited, in its capacity as Proposal Trustee in the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") proceedings of Kindred Living Inc. ("Kindred"), is administering a sales and investment solicitation process ("SISP") for Kindred's real property consisting of residential real estate of 32 units located in Enfield, Nova Scotia. All units are fully occupied and leased to tenants. A rent roll and other building information has been compiled into a confidential information memorandum and virtual data room, accessible to interested parties upon execution of a non-disclosure agreement. Final bids pursuant to the SISP are due by no later than January 20, 2026 at 5:00pm AST.
