Invitation for Offers - Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - 6 Toronto Operating Franchises

MNP Ltd. (“MNP”), in its capacity as consultant (the “Consultant”), invites offers for the purchase on an “as is, where is” basis for certain Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen operating franchise restaurants of the Al Niba Group, (“Al Niba”). These locations comprise six operating Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen locations in central/downtown Toronto, Ontario.

The Receiver is inviting offers for all or any of the restaurants. Following the execution of a non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”), the Consultant may grant access to a Confidential Information Memorandum (“CIM”) and/or a virtual data room (“Data Room”) in accordance with the terms of the sale process (“Sale Process”).

The deadline to submit offers is May 30, 2025, at 5 PM (Toronto time). All final Asset Purchase Agreements and resultant sale transactions are subject to the approval of the Court and the franchisor.
