RECEIVERSHIP SALES, INVESTMENT AND SOLICIATION PROCESS

IGY IMMUNE TECHNOLOGIES & LIFE SCIENCES INC., IGY LIFE SCIENCES MANUFACTURING INC., AND IGY LIFE SCIENCES USA, INC.

On April 17, 2026, pursuant to an Order of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”), Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of all the assets, undertakings and properties of IGY Immune Technologies & Life Sciences Inc., IGY Life Sciences Manufacturing Inc. and IGY Life Sciences USA, Inc. (collectively, “IGY” or the “Companies”).

On June 11, 2026, the Court approved a sales, investment and solicitation process (“SISP”) which, among other things, approved a SISP in respect of the business and property of the Company and authorized the Receiver to implement the SISP in accordance with its terms. IGY is a biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of Immunoglobulin ‘Y’ (“IgY Antibody(ies)”) antibody-based products for human health, animal health, and nutraceutical applications. The Companies operate a manufacturing and research facility in Airdrie, Alberta, which delivers the first and only commercially scalable source of 95–97% pure IgY Antibodies, produced through a proprietary, chemical‑free extraction platform (“Muno-IgY”).

Interested parties who wish to pursue a potential acquisition of the business and property, either as a going concern or as an asset acquisition (in whole or in part), are required to execute a non-disclosure agreement prior to receiving access to the virtual data room and asset listing. Please contact a representative of the Receiver listed below for further information. 

All non-binding expressions of interest are due and must be submitted to the Receiver by no later than 5:00 p.m. MT on July 17, 2026.
