Hughson Trucking, a Milk River, Alberta-based trucking firm that provides services to the oil and gas, forestry and lumber, agriculture and mining industries, was placed in receivership on December 20 on application by ATB Financial, owed approximately $5.5MM. EY was appointed receiver. Blakes is counsel to the applicant.
