Halo Exploration Ltd. - Sale Process

FTI Consulting Canada Inc., in its capacity receiver and manager of Halo Exploration Ltd. is conducting a sale and investment solicitation process for the company. Halo is a private, Alberta-based junior exploration and production company holding a 100% working interest in a large, contiguous land position in the Kaybob Montney and Duvernay light oil fairways (January production of 379 boe/d). To receive access to the virtual data room, a signed NDA must be provided to Receiver via email at [email protected]. Phase 1 non-binding bids are due by 12:00 pm MT on March 27, 2026.
