GREYTER WATER SYSTEMS INC.

GlassRatner Restructuring Inc., in its capacity as Trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Greyter Water Systems Inc. (“Greyter”), is conducting a sale process (the “Sale Process”) for Greyter’s intellectual property (the “Property”). The Property consists of Greyter’s residential and commercial intellectual property, including all associated patents and patent applications, as well as customer lists related to Greyter’s business pipeline.

Potential bidders must submit a binding offer, in the form of an executed purchase and sale agreement, by no later than April 3, 2026, at 5:00pm EST.
