Greer’s Mountain Salvage Ltd. - Sale Process

Deloitte Restructuring Inc. in its capacity as receiver and manager of Greer’s Mountain Salvage Ltd. (“GMS”) is soliciting interest from parties interested in purchasing the assets (the “Property”) of GMS.

Located at 32 Timothy Avenue South, GMS operated a licensed recycling and salvage yard serving customers across New Brunswick.

The Property available for acquisition include:

1. Real property located on a 7.39-acre site featuring a 23,580 sq/ft commercial building that has an external tenant occupying approximately half the building;

2. Inventory including various grades and size of steel along with recycled scrap metal;

3. Equipment including scrap balers, excavators, trailers, and scrap bins; and

4. Intellectual property including a customer list of more than 200 customers who were previously serviced by GMS.
