Green Impact Partners - Notice of Initial Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act

IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES’ CREDITORS ARRANGEMENT ACT, R.S.C. 1985, c C-36, AS AMENDED (“CCAA”)
AND IN THE MATTER OF A PLAN OF COMPROMISE OR ARRANGEMENT OF GREEN IMPACT PARTNERS INC., GREEN IMPACT PARTNERS HOLDING LTD., TRANSITION ENERGY INC., 2302922 ALBERTA LTD., GREEN IMPACT OPERATING CORP., AKIRA INFRA I LTD., GREEN IMPACT PARTNERS U.S., INC., and AKIRA INFRASTRUCTURE LLC (COLLECTIVELY THE “GREEN IMPACT PARTNERS”)
On February 3, 2026, the Green Impact Partners obtained protection under the CCAA pursuant to an Order (the “Initial Order”) of the Court of King’s Bench for Alberta (the “Court”).
The Initial Order grants the Green Impact Partners various relief, including but not limited to an initial stay of proceedings (the “Stay”) against the Green Impact Partners and its Property, permitting the Green Impact Partners to proceed with an orderly restructuring of the Business (as defined in the Initial Order) and appointing Ernst and Young Inc. as Monitor (the “Monitor”).
A copy of the Initial Order is available on the Monitor’s website which is located at: www.ey.com/ca/greenimpact (the “Monitor’s Website”). Further materials, orders of the Court, creditor listings, Monitor’s reports and other information relating to the Green Impact Partners’ CCAA proceedings will be posted on the Monitor’s Website.
