Gill’s Vacuum Service Ltd. (“Gill’s”) - an Alberta developer of mobile hydrovac units specializing in directional drilling, fibre optic installation, pipefitting, and trenching - and related entities One Earth Environmental Solutions Inc. and 2012613 Alberta Ltd. were placed in receivership on November 18, on application by BMO, owed collectively over $415,000. BMO has lost confidence in the companies' ability to run their respective businesses or to repay their respective indebtedness. BMO also believes that the companies' principal intends to relocate to British Columbia and is unlikely to return to Alberta to carry on the day-to-day operations of the companies. In addition, the buildings on the lands owned by Gill's are abandoned, and BMO has concerns regarding the preservation of the buildings. The Bowra Group was appointed receiver.
