G.I. Farms

G.I. Farms, a partially completed 20-acre greenhouse facility in Cottam, Ontario, was placed in receivership on December 20 on application by Caisse Populaire Pionte-aux Roches-Tecumseh. Secured liabilities of the entities total approximately $11.6MM. BDO was appointed receiver. Counsel is Harrison Pensa for the applicant and Lerners for the receiver.
