Freedom Self Storage Inc. and Honeycomb Self-Storage Inc. - SISP

Grant Thornton Limited, in its capacity as Monitor in the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") proceedings of Freedom Self Storage Inc. and Honeycomb Self-Storage Inc. (together, the "Freedom Storage Group"), is administering a sales and investment solicitation process ("SISP") for the Freedom Storage Group's business and operations in Nova Scotia, consisting of 373 storage units located on four properties: Guysborough County (1), Antigonish (2) and East Chezzetcook (1). The facilities are operated by two part-time employees and third-party contractors, allowing for a turnkey and passive investment opportunity for interested parties both locally or across North America. The Monitor, with assistance from the Freedom Storage Group, have prepared a confidential information memorandum and virtual data room, accessible to interested parties upon execution of a non-disclosure agreement ("NDA"). Final bids pursuant to the SISP are due by no later than June 9, 2026.
