Express GT Parts Serve Inc., a Brampton, Ontario-based supplier of new and aftermarket auto parts, was placed in receivership on October 23, on application by RBC, owed approximately $950,000. msi Spergel was appointed receiver. Counsel is Aird & Berlis for RBC, Minden Gross for the receiver, and Brown Dryer for the company.
