Experienced commercial & insolvency litigator

LZW has an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial & insolvency litigator to join our very busy litigation team. We represent a broad range of financial institutions, private corporations, lenders, debtors, as well as receivers and trustees in bankruptcy.

You have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in commercial & insolvency litigation including receiverships & bankruptcies, banking litigation, fraud, oppression remedies, injunctive relief and handling complex files from intake to resolution or trial. You are a team player with strong communication, research and drafting skills and the ability to handle a high volume of files with minimal guidance.
