Enterra Feed Corporation

Enterra Feed Corporation, a British Columbia-based producer of high-quality ingredients for animal feed, pet food, and agricultural customers, and certain related entities were placed in receivership on November 8, on application by Forage Subordinated Debt LP III. Forage is owed approximately $10 million pursuant to credit facilities provided to Enterra. Enterra defaulted on the credit facilities by failing to make payment when due and advising Forage that it intended to wind down its operations. FTI was appointed receiver. Counsel is McCarthys for Forage, Torys for Enterra and MLT Aikins for the receiver.
