Efforts ongoing to backfill vacant HBC stores

Steve McLean of RENX talks to Brodie Henrichsen of JLL, reporting that about two thirds of the roughly 15 million square feet of vacant former Hudson’s Bay Company stores are expected to be re-leased within two years through costly, multi-tenant retail reconfigurations rather than residential redevelopment.
