Dundas Shorncliffe Limited Partnership and Dundas Shorncliffe Ltd., Receivership

Dundas Shorncliffe Limited Partnership and Dundas Shorncliffe Ltd., which own the properties municipally known as 5507 and 5509 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, were placed in receivership on March 26 on application by Centurion Mortgage Capital Corporation, owed $17.5 million.

The receivership order was held in abeyance to allow the companies to refinance or sell the properties. These efforts were unsuccessful and BDO was appointed receiver.
